At Zapf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We warrant to the original consumer purchaser that the Product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase (sales receipt is required to provide proof of purchase). We will replace defective parts or issue a refund for full or partial purchase price of product within this period.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained as per the instructions. Any modifications made to the original product or product structure may render the warranty invalid.
This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from the normal wear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty period is three months for day-care or commercial purchasers.
