Standard delivery 3-5 business days – Free on all items

We do not ship to any address outside of the UK.

When you place an order on this website, you should expect to receive your item within 3-5 business days. If you have not received your item and this period of time has passed, please contact our customer services team on support@zapf.co.uk or call 01702 208171.

Where possible, when your item is collected by the carrier, you will receive a text message or email containing your tracking details. Please note this is not always possible and will depend on the individual carrier.

If you did not purchase your item directly from the Baby Annabell website, please contact the retailer you purchased from directly.

If you haven’t received your item by the estimated delivery date on your confirmation email, please use your tracking number to check the status of your delivery. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact our customer service team on support@zapf.co.uk or 01702 208171.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If the item that you purchased doesn’t work, please take the following steps

Check whether the test mode (TRY ME) is still switched on. The switch on the battery compartment must be set to “ON”.

Check the batteries.

If there is still a problem and

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro.

We don’t currently accept payment via PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

We don’t currently offer any finance options

There are a number of reasons why your payment may have failed, please contact your bank or building society directly to resolve any payment issues. Alternatively, you can try another payment method for your purchase.

If any payments were made on your card that you didn’t authorise, please contact your bank or building society as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

If you are paying by card we will require the name as printed on your card, your billing address, the long 16 digit card number on the front of your card, the expiry date of your card and the 3 digit security code on the back of your card.

From time to time, orders may be cancelled and this can happen for a variety of reasons. If this is the case, please choose from one of the following options:

If the promo code that you’ve entered does not work, please try the following:

  • Copy and paste the code, it may be case sensitive
  • Check if there is an expiration date for the code
  • Check that you’ve entered it in the right section on the website

All of our products come with safety guidelines and instructions. Before introducing a child to the product, please carefully read all of the information provided.

  • Cleaning the vinyl parts/body:
    Superficial stains can be removed using a damp cloth and child safe detergent. Please note, stains that have been caused by felt or ballpoint pens cannot be fully removed, but may be lightened with gentle rubbing. Please allow the product to dry fully after cleaning.
  • Do not under any circumstances put the doll in the washing machine/dryer, unless it states that it’s safe to do so on the product label. Some items for babies are washable.
